Analyst for Compensation Central Operations & Governance Team

Join our Compensation Central Operations & Governance team as an Analyst, driving multi‑country compensation with precision, insight, and partnership. You'll implement best‑practice processes, advise HR and business leaders, and lead data‑driven analysis to ensure accurate, timely delivery across EMEA. As Analyst within the Compensation Central Operations & Governance Team, you will perform a variety of activities including but not limited to: implementing new compensation practices and processes, counsel to Human Resources (HR) colleagues and line managers regarding compensation practices, analyzing and reporting on various compensation elements and administering/coordinating annual compensation planning activities. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and effective communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver EMEA compensation operational processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Advise HR colleagues and lines of business on practices and policies, with a focus on compensation administration.
  • Partner with global and regional colleagues to manage compensation projects, including policy reviews, practice changes, and systems development.
  • Drive standardization, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Manage administration of deferred compensation programs, employee preferences, and tax elections.
  • Coordinate with global and regional colleagues to ensure timely, accurate process delivery.
  • Provide annual compensation planning support during the year‑end process.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience within Compensation/ HR Service Delivery / Finance / Operations
  • Highly motivated, innovative, and ability to manage several projects and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience working with Excel is a critical
  • Prior experience of HR systems
  • Process Improvement / Data Analysis skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Compensation experience or quantitative experience in adjacent domains (reward, HR analytics, finance)
