As a Business Enablement Associate in the AI Enablement team within the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will be the operational backbone for AI adoption in the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will manage the publication and distribution of AI playbooks, curate libraries of reusable AI components, and ensure high-quality, persona-level guidance reaches business users. You will collaborate with specialists across multiple lines of business, helping to scale impactful AI solutions and foster a culture of innovation. Your work will directly influence how AI tools are integrated into business workflows and drive measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own publication and distribution of AI playbooks across business lines and personas, ensuring consistent quality and discoverability
- Manage libraries of LLM Suite Assistants, Prompts, and skills, including curation, tagging, documentation, and lifecycle management
- Operationalize rollout of LLM Suite Assistants to priority personas, including onboarding materials and ongoing user support
- Develop technical expertise in GenAI, LLM Suite, prompt engineering, and assistant/skills frameworks
- Track adoption and engagement metrics for playbooks and assistants, surfacing insights for strategic reporting
- Partner with line-of-business specialists and CDAO representatives to identify, package, and scale repeatable use cases
- Synthesize content and adoption progress for senior management updates
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Prior experience with AI and knowledge of Financial Services
- Driven, organized, and detail-oriented with a strategic and curious mindset
- Hands-on experience publishing and managing content in an enterprise knowledge or product hub
- Knowledge and understanding of AI & ML, especially GenAI and Prompt Engineering; familiarity with LLM evaluation, RAG, and agentic workflows
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Agentic Coding, MCPs, and Skills
- BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science or related)
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrixed environment across multiple business lines and time zones
- Outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches
- Ability to assimilate new information and persona-specific nuances
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with strategic reporting and knowledge enablement in large organizations
- Exposure to enterprise-scale AI adoption and change management
- Familiarity with publishing and version control best practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of commercial impact measurement for AI solutions
- Ability to synthesize complex information for senior management
- Interest in fostering an AI-first mindset and culture
