As an Agility Lead in Corporate Technology, you will play a significant role as a champion for the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices within our teams. Leveraging your deep knowledge of product development methodologies and Agile principles, use your expert guidance, mentorship, and support to teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. As a recognized subject matter expert, put your knowledge to use to work on complex issues, exercise considerable judgment, and make impactful decisions that shape the operational and business direction of your sub-function. Your leadership, communication, and coaching skills will be instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively, while continuously adapting to changing requirements and priorities.

- Establish and coach portfolio-consistent Scrum/Kanban practices, definitions of ready/done, and team operating rhythms
- Lead portfolio cadence including cross-team sprint planning, mid-sprint syncs, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and integrated end-to-end demos
- Drive empirical process control through transparent backlogs, measurable sprint goals, and continuous improvement
- Define and maintain a single source of truth for portfolio health (predictability, throughput, flow efficiency, WIP, quality, risk) with dashboards and alerting for variance, bottlenecks, and flow interruptions
- Facilitate regular delivery health reviews with product and engineering leadership, driving data-informed interventions
- Build and maintain cross-team dependency maps and a living program board; perform critical-path analysis and negotiate resequencing and capacity shifts to protect milestones; track dependency lead time and mean time to unblock
- Orchestrate rolling wave planning and capacity-based prioritization across platforms, data products, analytics, and AI/ML; manage shared services and enabling teams to optimize system throughput
- Run proactive risk discovery (risk/controls checkpoints, pre-mortems, flow diagnostics), define escalation paths and decision rights, and ensure corrective actions are owned, time-bound, and measured for effectiveness
- Connect strategy and objectives and key results (OKRs) to backlog and capacity; make trade-offs transparent (scope, quality, schedule, cost) and align product, platform, and data governance roadmaps
- Design and execute a staged change plan with stakeholder mapping, enablement, coaching, reinforcement, and communities of practice to sustain ways of working
- Create an integrated communications calendar and coordinate ceremonies, workshops and checkpoints; manage cumulative change load and gate new initiatives based on readiness, risk and absorption capacity
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 10 years in agile product delivery, including 4 years leading cross-portfolio orchestration in data, analytics, or product environments.
- Demonstrated success running Scrum at scale and implementing portfolio health monitoring, dependency management, and risk escalation.
- Proven ability to translate strategy and objectives and key results (OKRs) into executable, capacity-constrained delivery plans.
- Experience designing and executing enterprise change strategies and integrated communication plans.
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills across product, engineering, data governance, and risk/compliance partners.
- Expertise in lean portfolio management, modern product practices, DevOps/continuous delivery, and flow metrics.
- Proficiency with delivery tooling for backlogs, dashboards, alerts, and program boards (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalents).
- Ability to perform critical-path analysis, capacity planning, and scenario-based sequencing.
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in throughput, quality, predictability, and value realization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to executive and technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced degree in engineering, data science, or business.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe/Lean Portfolio Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in data platforms, data products, data governance, data publishing/processing, and applied AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience establishing communities of practice and coaching change agents.
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks in regulated environments.
- Experience with objectives and key results (OKRs) implementation at scale.
- Demonstrated success orchestrating cross-team integrated demos and end-to-end delivery in complex data ecosystems.
