As an Account Manager II in Billing Operations, you will own the processing of client billing setup forms and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely case resolution. We value your ability to build strong partnerships and proactively improve processes. Together, we deliver accurate invoices and outstanding client service. Your role is essential in supporting our mission and enhancing our global operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client fee agreements and process billing setup forms to support onboarding and repricing
  • Coordinate with Revenue Management, Pricing, Relationship Management, Product Operations, and Client Service to ensure data completeness
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all processed cases in line with control protocols
  • Identify and recommend effective account structures for client onboarding and repricing
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
  • Escalate issues promptly and collaborate with management for resolution
  • Review assigned smart form cases and ensure completion within defined service levels
  • Update standard operating procedures through the change management process
  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and reduce manual tasks
  • Partner with Risk Management to implement and follow risk mitigation strategies
  • Support management with business-as-usual metrics reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7 years of operations or processing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and foster connections
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in client management or billing operations
  • Willingness to work EMEA shift

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or Securities Services Operations
  • Familiarity with workflow case management
  • Knowledge of risk management strategies
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to update and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting metrics reporting in a business-as-usual environment
