About 23 Wall
23 Wall is a global team of private siders dedicated to ensuring the power of the full JPMorgan Chase franchise is brought to bear for the world's largest, most sophisticated clients and their family offices across lines of business. The team sits within the Private Bank but has a LOB-agnostic mandate with a strong engagement with the Commercial & Investment Bank. We provide insight and access to the firm's expertise, capital, and deal flow across client balance sheets.
Job responsibilities
- Supporting senior advisors in their client coverage responsibilities for the key clients and prospects of the Private Bank
- Leveraging global product and industry partners to assist clients in their strategy
- Work closely with the Private Bankers to help them deepen their dialogue and interaction with their clients and prospects and market PB products and services
- Prioritize and manage strategic and tactical business management initiatives with an eye towards client, firm, advisor, and business impact, manage recurring team meetings & internal events including agenda planning, execution, and follow-up
- Maintain, analyse, and present data for stakeholders across business and control functions
- Develop presentations for internal audiences as well as clients and prospects, arrange client meetings, events, and speaking engagements; coordinate preparation among key stakeholders
- Draft and publish communications in line with internal communications and client engagement strategies
- Partner effectively with advisors, senior management, and their support teams across the firm, preparation of pitch books, meeting materials and follow-up items for client and prospective client meetings
- Represent 23 Wall's interests and priorities in key decision-making forums
- Responsibility for the input and management of the 23 Wall client database
- Conduct research and analysis; assisting with product development and business development efforts, researching client inquiries and manage follow up communication and materials
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Minimum 18 months experience in wealth management or investment banking
- A well-rounded academic background
- Understands corporate transaction cycles and the steps in the process, and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently, enthusiastic, creative and excellent interpersonal skills
- Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities with a positive attitude towards the flexible nature of the role
- Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Extraordinarily high level of focus on work quality and attention to detail, superior judgment and discretion working with both confidential and sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly analyse business practices to identify risk and develop innovative solutions
- English fluent, German and French nice to have
