インベストメント・バンキング（投資銀行）では3日間のサマー・ワークショップを実施します。まずは、第一線で活躍する社員からの投資銀行業務に関する講義を受講し、企業戦略、基礎的な財務・企業分析等に関する課題に取り組んでいただきます。その後、参加者に実際の業務に対する理解を一層深めていただくため、社員から皆さんにフィードバックおよび分析をお伝えします。

日程： 1)2026年8月26 - 28日、2)2026年9月2 - 4日

会場： J.P. Morgan東京オフィス

状況によりオンラインベースでの実施となる可能性もございます。サマー・ワークショップの内容は日程1)、日程2)ともに同様となり、選考に合格された方には、いずれか一つの日程にご参加いただく形となります。両日程ともご予定を空けておいていただきますようお願いいたします。オフィスで開催の場合、関東圏外の国内大学／国内大学院に在学中の皆様には、ワークショップご参加にあたり当社にて交通費と宿泊をサポートいたします。海外からの渡航費は対象外となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

日本国内の大学または大学院を2027年4月から2028年3月までにご卒業・修了予定の方

2026年夏に国内（弊社東京オフィス）にて行われる選考プロセス、およびサマー・ワークショップに全日程参加可能な方

Our Investment Banking team will host two 3-day Summer Workshops this year. Learn from our Investment Banking team through informative teach-in sessions and have the opportunity to apply your skills through basic financial and company analysis assignments. You will receive candid feedback and guidance from our team to help better your understanding of Investment Banking and J.P. Morgan.

Date: 1) August 26 - 28, 2026, 2) September 2 - 4, 2026

Contents of both sessions are the same, however we ask that you keep both dates free as successful applicants may be assigned to either session.

This event will be hosted in our Tokyo office, however depending upon the situation it may be conducted online. Please note this is an unpaid program. We will reimburse transportation costs and arrange accommodations for Japan based university students who are attending schools outside of the greater Tokyo area to participate in the Summer Workshop at our Tokyo office. No support is provided for travel from outside of Japan.

• Network with fellow participants and employees at J.P. Morgan

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Native level Japanese and business level English
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills
• Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
• Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Expected graduation date between April 2027 and March 2028 from a Japanese university undergraduate or postgraduate program
• Can attend, in our Tokyo office, the interview process and the Summer Workshop for the entire period
