Job Summary
As an Analyst in the Global Finance & Business Management (GF&BM) team, you will deliver high-quality financial services and drive strategic initiatives across our business. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experts, contribute to impactful projects, and develop your skills through structured rotations. We support your growth with training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders. You will help us innovate and deliver solutions for our clients in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with line of business controllers, middle office, and operations to understand monthly profit and loss
- Manage the monthly consolidation of income statements and balance sheets
- Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules in accordance with CIS and LOCAL GAAP
- Partner with business teams and controllers to ensure month-end controls align with legal entity standards
- Prepare monthly General Ledger Attestation documentation
- Complete firmwide and local regulatory reporting within defined timelines
- Adhere to SOX, RCSA, audits, quality assurance, and other MIS functions
- Control post-closing entries and consolidation adjustments
- Perform control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results
- Monitor and analyze key business performance drivers against plan and forecast, providing insightful commentary
- Participate in key projects and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Completed 3 years of articleship
- Minimum 0 months post-CA work experience
- 0-1 year post-articleship and pre-qualification experience
- Strong academic background and interest in financial management
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, reporting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work from our Mumbai or Bengaluru offices
- Flexibility to work in Asia and UK time zones
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with automation tools or process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to regulatory reporting in a financial services environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in finance and business management
