2026 - Firmwide - Germany Working Student (July - June) - Berlin (all genders)
Become an integral part of our JPMorganChase team! Each day will be unique - bring a positive attitude, an entrepreneurial team spirit and get ready to roll up your sleeves. This position is an essential part of the team and you will have exposure to several aspects of running banking operations.
As a Working Student in our JPMorganChase Berlin office, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have extensive exposure to daily operations of a leading financial institution. The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 19 h/week during the semester and full-time during breaks, on-site in Berlin. The program runs on the basis of quarterly start dates, with the next cohort starting on 1 July 2026 and ending on 30 June 2027.
In this quarter, roles exist in several departments, including Marketing Operations, Market Customer Experience, Design and Customer Experience, Cards Product / Cards Platform. Depending on the department, each role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in different aspects of the financial services industry, with a variety of responsibilities.

Job responsibilities
- Provides general support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, governance, data maintenance, and reporting
- Monitors market trends, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation, and areas for improvements and enhancements
- Assists with in-app content based on product requirements, including performing quality checks against approved designs to ensure clarity, consistency, and correct display and performing minor updates to FAQs and web pages
- Assists in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, maintaining databases and dedicated platforms and pages
- Participates in team projects from starting point up to completion
- Collaborates with and supports other team members, including working with international teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree during the entire duration of the program and graduating in July 2027 at the earliest
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, Linguistics, Communication, Marketing, Creative Writing, or similar
- Knowledge of additional languages, with fluency in German often required
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
