Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist with sales order entry, provide service to customers, and handle operational functions associated with processing forms and supplies orders. This role will work directly with customers, sales teams, and internal departments, with a focus on ensuring that the customer's needs are met in a timely and quality manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Processes multiple Labor Law Poster, Forms, and Supplies orders as assigned to include address verification/validation, customer communication and correspondence, and sales order entry. Ensures that all internal/external requirements are met to satisfy order entry needs.
- Works with the customer to assist with sales-related problems, track orders, and investigate shipping issues, as well as a customer outreach advocate.
- Works with sales associates and customers on labor law subscription account clean-up to ensure the subscription is set up according to the customer's needs.
- Communicates with customers to verify delivery and placement of Labor Law Posters in accordance with service agreements.
- Independently resolves problems to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
- Recommends and executes process improvements to increase productivity and/or improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in any domain
Other Skills/Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and utilize a variety of software applications.
• Communication skills in a variety of channels including phone and email.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external (customer) resources to ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders.
