Administrative Assistant (JJK India)
This position is responsible for administrative functions for JJK India, supporting day-to-day office activities. This role involves handling general administrative tasks, basic coordination work, office upkeep, employee transport arrangements and basic logistical support.
Job Responsibilities
General Administration:
- Assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry stock, and service contracts.
- Maintain asset and inventory records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier/postal services.

Transport & Travel Coordination:
- Manage employee transport arrangements including pick-up/drop-offs.
- Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and billing.
- Handle in-country travel (India) for staff and guest travel including hotel bookings, cab arrangements, etc.
- Ensure timely communication with employees regarding travel and transport logistics.
Facilities Management:
- Coordinate with janitorial and building maintenance contractors on building tasks (work orders).
- Act as point of contact between JJKI employees and janitorial, building maintenance, and their contractors.
- Assist corporate office with JJKI employee badges and access control.
- Perform safety and building inspections.
Vendor and Cost Management:
- Coordinate with office and transport vendors to ensure employee safe travel for employees.
- Handle administrative expense tracking.
- Review transport vendor bills
Coordination Support:
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth delivery of admin services.
- Support HR or IT teams for minor logistics and coordination requirements when needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in office administration and transport coordination, preferably in a corporate or multi-department setting.
Other Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc
- Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Basic understanding of facility, transport, and vendor management
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and organizational ability.
Physical Requirements
- Office-based role in Mysuru.
- May require occasional local travel or extended hours during events or office maintenance work.
