Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse processes, compliance with safety standards, and the effective leadership of warehouse team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and material movements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock records within company systems.
• Coordinate material flow to support production and operational requirements.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
• Monitor warehouse performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other support functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, stored, and handled.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures, including 5S standards.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Good level of English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
