Social Compliance Manager - Americas

We are seeking an experienced Social Compliance Manager to strengthen Jabil's social compliance program across the Americas. This role provides regional leadership and governance over audit execution, internal assessments, and risk management activities. The manager partners with Operations, EHS, and Human Resources to enhance audit readiness, strengthen corrective and preventive action effectiveness, and ensure alignment with global compliance objectives. The position drives risk visibility and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites and reports to the Global Social Compliance Manager. This role may be based at a Jabil Americas location or operate in a hybrid/remote capacity, depending on business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for social compliance requirements and audit standards.
  • Coordinate and execute social compliance audit activities and internal assessments across Americas sites.
  • Manage audit findings through closure; support development of practical, cost-effective corrective actions in partnership with site leadership.
  • Maintain and analyze regional audit records and databases to identify trends, recurring issues, and systemic risks requiring escalation or remediation.
  • Initiate and administer annual social compliance self-assessments for Americas sites; review responses, assess regional risk exposure, and communicate outcomes.
  • Support development and delivery of training and awareness materials to strengthen site preparedness and understanding of social compliance obligations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with HR and Operations to address findings and drive measurable improvement.
  • Serve as regional point of contact for customer social compliance inquiries and external audit engagements; support public disclosures and social compliance performance reporting.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, compliance, law, human resources, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in social compliance, human rights due diligence, and/or audit program management.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and RBA audit protocols or related standards; Experience supporting compliance programs within complex, multi-site manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them in operational settings.
  • Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel within the Americas region approximately 25-40% to support audits, investigations, and training initiatives.
