Job Summary
Plays a key role in delivering strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and supply chain optimization initiatives. Responsibilities include managing client-facing workstreams, leading sourcing events, and driving measurable value through data-driven insights and category expertise. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement procurement strategies, enhance operational models, and support digital enablement. Emphasis is placed on execution excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across global engagements.

Responsibilities
Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract execution
Conduct spend analysis, opportunity assessments, and value tracking
Support procurement transformation and digital strategy implementation
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Contribute to internal capability building and mentor junior team members

Skills / Ability Generic (High Level)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
