Job Summary

The Regional Recruitment Manager will lead and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across LATAM region, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent to meet current and future business needs. This role is critical in supporting Jabil's growth objectives by optimizing the talent acquisition process and enhancing the candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies aligned with Jabil's global talent acquisition objectives and local market dynamics.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters within the assigned region, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key and leadership positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on regional recruitment performance to leadership.
Champion Jabil's employer brand within the region, participating in career fairs, industry events, and leveraging social media to attract diverse talent.
Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and candidate quality for Cristical Roles.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service.
Contribute to global talent acquisition projects and initiatives, sharing best practices and insights from the region.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated experience managing recruitment across multiple locations or a significant geographical region.
Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring diverse talent for various roles, including technical, professional, and leadership positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employer branding strategies.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the assigned region.
