We are seeking a highly experienced QA Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial background and be capable of leading the team in regulation compliance, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Oversee quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) is essential.
- Proven track record in handling Tier 1 customers in the eVTOL industry.
- Ability to manage and address challenging customer requests effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of AS9100D standards and related industrial requirements.
- Solid experience with CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) QSAC (Quality System Approval Certificate) requirements is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Quality related field.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the QA function.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written media.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
