Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Tiszaújváros

Join our team as a Quality Engineer and play a key role in driving product quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. In this highly collaborative position, you'll partner with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans, process routings, inspection methods, and documentation that support compliant and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams during quoting, process design, development, and implementation to ensure quality requirements are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead quality investigations by resolving supplier, customer, and internal quality issues, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and using quality data and SPC analysis to identify trends and implement continuous improvements.
• Design and deliver quality-related training, develop inspection aids and work instructions, and provide technical guidance to quality engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers through audits, assessments, and process improvement initiatives while serving as the primary liaison for supplier and customer quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and applicable industry standards, including ISO, EN4600, and GMP requirements, while maintaining effective document control practices.
• Foster a culture of quality by partnering with internal stakeholders to improve processes, enhance operational performance, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the Quality organization.
• Comply with all company safety, health, security, and regulatory policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent professional experience as a Quality Engineer
• Hands on experience in electronics manufacturing environment, lean six sigma experience is an advantage
• Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
