As an Experience Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing processes consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. You will partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement, resolve quality issues, and support the delivery of high-quality products.

What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain, and improve Quality Assurance plans, control plans, and process documentation.
• Support new product introductions, process development, and manufacturing implementation activities.
• Evaluate inspection methods and create inspection instructions and quality standards.
• Analyse quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and defect prevention.
• Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities and ensure effective problem resolution.
• Investigate customer, supplier, and internal quality concerns and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Partner with suppliers to improve product and process quality.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and customer requirements.
• Provide technical quality expertise to manufacturing, engineering, and other business functions.
• Deliver quality-related training and promote quality awareness throughout the organisation.
• Act as a key contact for customers regarding quality-related topics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and methodologies.
• Support statistical process control (SPC) activities and monitor manufacturing performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
• Good understanding of quality systems and quality management principles.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English

• Experience in electronics, automotive, medical device, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, or other regulated quality systems.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience working directly with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters.
