Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes through inspection, testing, and adherence to established standards at Wolfe Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.
Conduct various tests (e.g., dimensional, functional, material) using appropriate measuring equipment and tools.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports.
Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
Provide feedback to production personnel on quality-related matters and best practices.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Familiarity with various inspection techniques and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
