Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Intern to join our team at Jabil, Inc. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting planning activities and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to production planning, inventory management, and material forecasting.
Support the planning team in developing and updating production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of planning initiatives.
Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions regarding planning strategies, process improvements, and problem-solving.
Help maintain and update planning tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct basic research and analysis to identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement within the planning process.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the planning team.

Job Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish. English 80%
