Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện đo lường và kiểm tra chính xác nhằm hỗ trợ bộ phận Sản xuất và Chất lượng. Vận hành các thiết bị đo lường, ghi nhận dữ liệu và đảm bảo linh kiện/sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu bản vẽ kỹ thuật và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.

Responsible for performing accurate measurements and inspections to support production and quality teams. Operates measurement tools, records data, and ensures components meet drawing and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities | Trách nhiệm chính

• Thực hiện đo kích thước bằng OMM, CMM và các thiết bị đo lường khác (biết sử dụng nhiều loại máy đo là một lợi thế).
• Đọc và hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật và tài liệu MTD.
• Lập báo cáo đo lường và ghi chép kết quả đo chính xác.
• Quản lý, bảo quản thiết bị đo lường và theo dõi tình trạng hiệu chuẩn.
• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động kiểm tra đầu vào, kiểm tra trong quá trình và kiểm tra cuối cùng.
• Trao đổi, báo cáo kết quả đo với các bộ phận Kỹ thuật, Sản xuất và Chất lượng.

EN:

• Conduct dimensional measurement using OMM, CMM, others measurement machine skill is better.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and MTD.
• Prepare measurement reports and document results accurately.
• Maintain and manage measurement equipment and calibration status.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
• Communicate findings with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Qualifications | Yêu cầu

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học kỹ thuật chuyên ngành Cơ khí / Kỹ thuật / Chất lượng hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có kinh nghiệm cơ bản về đo lường hoặc kiểm tra (kinh nghiệm CMM là một lợi thế).
• Có khả năng đọc bản vẽ kỹ thuật và hiểu MTD.
• Cẩn thận, chú ý đến chi tiết và có tinh thần làm việc nhóm tốt.

EN:

• Technical diploma in Mechanical/Engineering/Quality or related field.
• Basic experience in measurement or inspection (CMM experience is a plus).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand MTD.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.
