How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Material Handler II at our Monument, CO facility, you will support stockroom and manufacturing operations by executing material movements with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting overall production success through strong process adherence and system execution.

On‑site at our Monument, CO facility.
What Will You Do?
- Coordinate and execute material movement to support production schedules and manufacturing operations.
- Perform both physical and system transactions for material replenishment across production areas.
- Support material movement to non-production functions including shipping, parts preparation, and office support areas.
- Utilize RF scanners and ERP systems to complete accurate material transactions.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed for material movement and storage.
- Maintain proper bin management and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Return unused materials from production areas back to stockroom using RF systems.
- Properly dispose of scrap components according to established procedures.
- Pull materials as needed for purge activities.
- Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and control.
- Verify material movements and associated documentation to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all safety, health, and company security policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

How Will You Get Here?
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in materials handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and RF scanning preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to operate a personal computer and Windows-based systems.
- Experience with ERP transactions and warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
- Ability to identify issues, collect data, and support problem resolution.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within standard operating procedures.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, documentation, and visual aids.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
