JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for leading the Automation group to effectively support production.

• Ensure that the Automation Machine is in good condition.

• Provide general machine maintenance and repairing.

• Responsible to train technicians or operators to perform routine maintenance and cleaning in order to maintain equipment in good condition.

• Evaluate the life of parts and prepare the purchasing list for spare part.

• Issue the technical parameter for new product.

• Resolve the technical problem of the automation production line.

• Complete and maintain the record and form that use in production.

• Calculate the machine capacity with industrial Engineer or Manufacturing engineer to assist the production control to schedule the production.

• Lead the technicians working within automation group, report the machine working status.

• Provide the automation proposal to support workcell's production.

• Provide technicians' support to quality and purchasing department in case of deed.

• Reports to ME Manager/ ME Lead

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Industrial Automation/Electronics engineering/Arts.

• Plus 2-4 years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
