Job Overview

Responsible for inspecting incoming materials to ensure compliance with the quality standards and specifications of Jabil Technology Vietnam Company Limited.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections on all incoming materials (IQC).

Conduct physical and dimensional checks using appropriate measuring tools and equipment.

Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials, and report findings to relevant departments.

Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions for non-conforming materials.

Maintain accurate inspection records and data, and prepare reports as required.

Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and engineering teams to resolve incoming material quality issues.

Participate in quality improvement activities and provide suggestions for process enhancements.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in quality inspection is preferred.

Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D reporting).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection standards. * Proficiency in using various measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

Good written and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite.

Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
