Zu deinen täglichen Hauptaufgaben gehören:

• Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Maschinen (Passivieranlage, Elektropolieranlage, Dürr, HAMO, Handanlage)
• Bearbeiten des Arbeitsauftrags gemäss QS-Richtlinien und Arbeitsunterlagen
• Einhalten der vom Maschinentyp abhängigen Wartungs- und Reinigungspläne Termin- und sachgerechte Abarbeitung nach Fertigungsaufträgen, Prüfanweisungen, Verfahrensanweisungen und Zeichnungen
• Reinigen vom Arbeitsplatz, Ausführen einfacher Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen
• Durchführung der In Prozessprüfungen gemäss Q-Dokumenten
• Korrektes und vollständiges Ausfüllen der Produktionsunterlagen nach GDP
• Mithilfe von Verbesserungen im Bereich Prozesse, Vorrichtungen, Dokumente und KVP Kennen und Befolgen der Richtlinien bezüglich Verhaltenskodex, Ethik- und Compliance Programmen sowie anderer relevanter Regelungen

Tätigkeitsbereich:

• Oberflächenfinish (Entgraten, Strahlen, Elektropolieren, Passivieren)
• Komponentenprüfung durchführen visuell und mit Messmitteln

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Lehre oder Anlehre
• Flexibel, teamfähig, belastbar auch in hektischen Zeiten
• Saubere und exakte Arbeitsweise
• Versiert im Umgang mit Computeranwendungen Sie sind eine motivierte, selbstständige und zugängliche Persönlichkeit, die gerne mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen kommuniziert.
• Bereitschaft für Schichtbetrieb (2-Schichtbetrieb)
• gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
