Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) para atuar em suporte a aplicações corporativas, com foco na análise e resolução de incidentes, atendimento a usuários e gestão de chamados. A posição envolve acompanhamento de demandas, diagnóstico de falhas, escalonamento para equipes especializadas e contribuição na melhoria contínua dos processos.
Você terá contato direto com ferramentas de suporte, documentação técnica e boas práticas operacionais, desenvolvendo visão prática sobre funcionamento de sistemas, qualidade no atendimento e eficiência operacional.
Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação, Análise e desenvolvimento de software, Engenharias tecnológicas, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou afins. (A partir do 6º período de graduação).
Características comportamentais e habilidades:
- Boa comunicação e capacidade de reportar informações de forma clara e estruturada.
- Forte orientação ao atendimento ao usuário e trabalho em equipe.
- Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade na resolução de incidentes.
- Capacidade analítica para identificação e investigação de problemas.
- Sistemas Operacionais Windows (PowerShell scripting).
- Conhecimentos em Microsoft SQL Server (consultas básicas, análise de dados).
- Inglês intermediário B1+ para leitura, escrita e comunicação técnica.
- Conhecimentos em desenvolvimento web com .NET.
