Job Summary

The EIT - Quality Engineer will support the Quality team in ensuring product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This entry-level role provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in quality assurance within a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
Participate in the inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
Support root cause analysis of quality issues and contribute to corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems.
Assist in maintaining quality documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and inspection records.
Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D).
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of quality management systems and principles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the quality engineering field.
* Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality-related setting is a plus.
