Diagnostic Test Engineer night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Perform in-depth analysis and debugging of failing units from various stages of the manufacturing process, including in-circuit test (ICT), functional test (FCT), and system-level test (SLT).
Utilize a range of diagnostic tools, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers, to pinpoint root causes of failures.
Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and implement test procedures and fixtures to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Document test results, failure modes, and debugging steps accurately and comprehensively.
Provide technical support and training to production operators on test processes and troubleshooting techniques.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and manufacturing yield.
Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment during night shift hours.
Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in diagnostic testing, test engineering, or product validation within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
Proficiency in using common test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.).
Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and test software development (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand, Python) is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional weekends as required.
