Lead, mentor, and manage a team of assembly supervisors and production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Develop, implement, Review and maintain effective assembly processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Monitor production schedules and output, ensuring timely completion of orders and meeting production targets.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain departments to optimize product design for manufacturability and resolve material-related challenges.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety throughout the assembly operations.
Manage departmental budget, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Implement and utilize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.
Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and support professional development for the assembly team.
Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, quality performance, and operational efficiency to senior management.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 12-18 years of progressive experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 5-8 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of success in optimizing assembly processes and improving production efficiency.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Proficiency in production planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Solid understanding of quality control standards and practices (e.g., ISO 9001).
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as needed to meet production demands.
