Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and debug test programs and fixtures for new product introductions (NPI) and existing products.
Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality teams to define test requirements and validate test coverage.
Analyze test data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve test yields and product reliability.
Perform root cause analysis on test failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and accuracy.
Develop and maintain documentation related to test procedures, specifications, and test reports.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and equipment.
Support production lines by troubleshooting test issues and providing technical assistance.
Contribute to the selection and evaluation of new test technologies and equipment.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW).
Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators.
Familiarity with manufacturing test methodologies and quality control principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
