Feladatok:
- AMPL (Approved Manufacturer Part List) feltöltése és karbantartása SAP rendszerben
- Alkatrész cikkszámok alapvető készültségi állapotának biztosítása: SAP AMPL, alkatrész média (hordozó), klasszifikáció/commodity, műszaki rajzok/adatlapok
- A változáskezelési folyamatokban (Material Change Notice) való aktív részvétel, alkatrész mérnöki ellenőrzési lista teljesítése
- Vendor management: a Partner Portál webhelyen a beszerzők támogatása az új vendorok regisztrálási folyamatában, új beszerzők betanítása a portál használatát illetően, vendor adatok módosításának koordinálása
- Társterületek támogatása alkatrész/AMPL problémák esetén (Receiving, Incoming, Logisztika, Termelés)
- Alapanyag transzfer igények ellenőrzése és jóváhagyása
- Segítségnyújtás az új alkatrészek meghatározásában, ellenőrzésében és bevezetésében a Component Information System környezetében

Elvárásaink:
- Felsőfokú, főiskolai diploma vagy két éves releváns tapasztalat
- Haladó szintű MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) ismeret
- Gyors, hatékony probléma megoldási és döntéshozatali képesség
- Rendszerszemlélet, pontos, precíz munkavégzés
- Középfokú angol nyelvtudás
Az elbírálásnál előnyt jelent:
- Villamos mérnöki végzettség
- SAP, CAD, Visio, programozási ismeretek
- Multinacionális vállalatnál, hasonló munkakörben szerzett tapasztalat
