This is an excellent opportunity with significant responsibility on the 2nd shift. iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Full Time Sr. Receiving Inspector to provide hands-on support to iRhythm's manufacturing operations. The Receiving Inspector will primarily be responsible for completing component inspections within the Receiving Inspection area and may assist in Final Acceptance inspections for sub-assembly and finished goods. The ideal candidate has experience working within medical device manufacturing operations and inspecting components against criteria within specifications and schematics.

Responsibilities:
- Perform raw material and/or component inspections to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Compare quantity and part number of items received with purchasing data and other specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Use written inspection procedures, drawings, specification sheets, and first article samples during inspections.
- Identify and document Material Non-Conformances at Receiving Inspection.
- Place non-conforming materials and products on hold.
- Complete, maintain, and distribute appropriate quality records and documentation.
- Communicate directly with manufacturing, material control, and quality personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and receiving areas.
- Maintain compliance with non-conforming procedures and receiving inspection for first article and incoming materials.
- Assist in final acceptance inspections for sub-assembly and finished goods, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficient with common inspection tools (e.g., calipers, rulers, pin gauges).
- Experience in component and material inspection.
- Familiarity with Medical Device Quality Management System requirements and GMPs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic data entry systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Experience with Keyence Vision Systems and/or Starrett CMM is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing operations experience within the medical device industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Estimated Pay Range
$28.85 - $36.06
