- Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on
technical expertise and the ability to design, develop, and guide complex system
implementations. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in .NET technologies, cloud
platforms, and modern architectural patterns. This role involves both technical leadership and
active development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality applications and services.
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using modern design and development
practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.
Contribute to improving coding standards, processes, and best practices.
Work with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure smooth CI/CD and deployment workflows.
Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
Required Technical Skills
Mandatory Skills (Candidates must have all of the following)
.NET – 8+ years
Web APIs (Building & Consuming) – 3+ years
SQL – 3+ years
Azure (Functions, Redis Cache, App Services, Blob Storage, etc.) – 2+ years
Event-Driven Architecture (Azure Service Bus / Event Hubs / RabbitMQ / Kafka) – 2+ years
Secondary Skills (Candidates should have at least 4 of the following – minimum 1+ year each)
System design / Low-level design / Architectural experience
Entity Framework / LINQ
Design Patterns
CI/CD
Docker / Containerization
Microservices
Additional Skills
Kubernetes – Nice to have
MVC – Optional
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to lead and mentor development teams
