Job Details
InvoiceCloud is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join the Business Applications team as an individual contributor reporting to the HRIS Manager. This role is responsible for providing frontline Workday support and driving ongoing optimization across core HR technology platforms.
 
The HRIS Analyst partners closely with People team stakeholders to configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance Management. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate, secure, and scalable HRIS solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Owns day-to-day Workday configuration and support, ensuring reliable operation across Core HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance Management.
  • Takes accountability for maintaining accurate business processes, calculated fields, security roles, organizational hierarchies, and integrations.
  • Handles highly sensitive employee and company data with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Supports annual HR processes such as year-end compensation, open enrollment, and performance cycles with precision and accountability.
 
Drives Efficiency
  • Designs and maintains scalable Workday configurations, dashboards, and reports to streamline People team workflows.
  • Identifies process gaps and recommends system improvements that reduce manual effort and improve user experience.
  • Supports deployments of new functionality through requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and change coordination.
  • Manages multiple requests and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and operational commitments.
 
Results Driven
  • Delivers timely resolution of Workday issues, ensuring consistent service levels for the People team and employees.
  • Ensures high levels of data integrity, transaction accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Tracks and completes HRIS initiatives and enhancements according to agreed timelines and success criteria.
  • Contributes to stable, predictable operation of HR systems during critical business cycles.
 
Innovative
  • Partners with HR stakeholders to develop creative, practical solutions that improve HR processes and system usability.
  • Stays current on Workday releases and roadmap changes, assessing impact and recommending enhancements.
  • Applies automation, reporting enhancements, and AI-enabled capabilities within HR systems to improve insight, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Continuously improves HRIS practices by incorporating feedback, best practices, and emerging technology capabilities.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of Workday experience, including configuration and functional expertise in business processes, reporting, calculated fields, and security
  • Workday certifications in Time & Absence and Compensation highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable exercising independent judgment and adapting in a dynamic environment
