- Defines and drives the product strategy and roadmap for the Integrations domain, aligning platform capabilities with business priorities and partner needs.
- Guides roadmap planning and prioritization to ensure strong alignment between India- and U.S.-based product teams.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance platform value through third-party integrations, internal system connectivity, and scalable architecture.
- Ensures product decisions balance near-term delivery with long-term platform vision and technical sustainability.
- Owns delivery outcomes for the Integrations roadmap, ensuring product releases achieve intended business impact and user experience goals.
- Partners with Engineering and Program teams to improve delivery predictability, velocity, and quality.
- Establishes and monitors success metrics for roadmap execution, feature adoption, and platform performance.
- Continuously improves product processes and execution to meet growth and scalability demands.
- Leads and develops a cross-functional product team in Hyderabad, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and Front-End Design Developers.
- Coaches teams on discovery, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and retrospectives to drive consistent product excellence.
- Collaborates closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to align on goals, features, and outcomes.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition and Product leadership to hire, develop, and retain high-performing product talent aligned to career progression frameworks.
- Serves as the primary product point of contact in Hyderabad, ensuring strategy, priorities, and expectations are clearly understood and executed.
- Communicates product vision, roadmap progress, and delivery outcomes effectively to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fosters a transparent, inclusive, and high-performance culture through clear expectations, feedback, and performance management.
- Leverages product analytics, automation, and AI-enabled insights to enhance roadmap planning, discovery, and decision-making.
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing and scaling cross-functional product teams across product, design, and engineering disciplines
- Strong experience building platform products, including third-party integrations and internal system integrations
- Deep expertise in agile and lean discovery methodologies with a strong process orientation
- Experience operating within a matrixed, global organization with U.S.-based leadership
- Demonstrated success in performance management, talent development, and hiring
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or digital payments strongly preferred
