Associate Software Engineer – .NET (Integrations - Enhancements & System Stability)
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer (2+ years) with .NET experience to join our
Integrations team.
This role focuses on developing and enhancing integrations using established frameworks while
gaining hands-on experience working with production systems. You will work under the
guidance of senior engineers to build integrations, troubleshoot issues, and improve system
stability.
This is a development-focused role with shared on-call rotation during India business hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance integrations using .NET and Web APIs with guidance from senior
engineers.

• Work with existing frameworks and reusable components to deliver integration solutions.
• Assist in monitoring production systems and handling alerts during on-call rotation.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, metrics, and debugging techniques.
• Assist in improving alert quality and reducing recurring issues.
• Maintain documentation such as runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Support.
• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Basic experience with Web APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding SQL and relational databases.
• Strong willingness to learn debugging and production systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools is a plus.
