Job Description
Primary Function of Position
Senior Recruiter – Future Forward (R&D Talent)
The Senior Recruiter for Future Forward is a strategic talent advisor responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring world-class R&D and engineering talent. This role enables innovation by delivering exceptional candidates across highly technical and emerging skill areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with R&D and Future Forward leaders to understand technical hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent market dynamics, providing strategic guidance throughout the process.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for all R&D and engineering roles, including Mechanical, Manufacturing, Embedded/Software, Robotics, Mechatronics, Clinical Engineering, and senior/leadership engineering positions.
- Develop advanced sourcing strategies using market intelligence, competitive insights, and diverse channels to identify and engage top engineering and research talent.
- Strengthen interview excellence by facilitating structured intake, improving hiring manager capability, aligning panels, and ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
- Build and sustain long-term talent pipelines for critical, emerging, and hard-to-find R&D capabilities while continuously improving recruiting processes across Future Forward.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to R&D, engineering, and/or technical talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing specialized engineering and research talent across multiple disciplines.
- Strong influencing, consulting, and decision-making skills; able to guide senior technical leaders with data and insight.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and talent storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to manage complex requisitions, maintain confidentiality, and navigate sensitive or high-stakes situations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
