Primary Function of Position
This position will support the planning and execution of various types of events (including tradeshows
and events, in-person, hybrid, and virtual) for internal and external audiences. In addition, this position
will also cover business coordination responsibilities, facilitating communication and collaboration across
departments (sales, marketing, and enabling) and 3rd party vendors.
This role will require strong cross-functional communication skills, attention to detail, an understanding of
marketing event management deliverables, and a tenacious drive to keep projects on track.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for scaling event marketing best practices & tradeshow standards for TW Marketing team
• Organize and coordinate business meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives as well as prepare regular
reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership.
• Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicate all event management related issues, scope changes,
variances, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects. Facilitates
amicable solutions with the appropriate customers.
• Manages event planning meetings, notes, and assignments, leveraging and creating tracking
templates as needed.
• Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including internal customers,
management, and third-party teams involved.
• Communicates overall project status, decisions, issues and risks, effectively trailing communications
for appropriate audiences.
• Manages collaboration with marketing & tradeshow service agencies & production companies,
forecasts budget, manages time constraints for each project/event.
• Manage all logistics for tradeshows and events including show services, production, system shipping,
coordinating marketing materials and collateral, registration management, venue sourcing, housing
block management, etc.
• Plan auxiliary meetings during tradeshows and marketing events (e.g., pre-show strategy meetings,
focus/user group meetings, post grad courses, symposia) as well as attend key regional conferences
to support logistics on-site when needed (event set-up, physician registration, AV and F&B
coordination on-site).
• Manages tradeshow and marketing event leads and reports a summary report with key insights.
• Appreciation for the customer experience and skilled at working with creative & service-oriented
teams.
• Acts independently to determine best practices and procedures on new or special assignments. May
indirectly supervise activities of others.
• Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation,
and new technology.
• Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, focus on detail, problem solve, and multi-task.
• Ability to understand the customer journey and provide input and suggestions on the event strategy.
• Managing TW Marketing assets and Veeva process for TW Marketing team.

• Experience in medical device or healthcare marketing is preferred.

• Above-average verbal and written English required
Education and Training Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred
