Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

As part of the regional Marketing team, the Marketing Communication Coordinator role’s primary mission is to develop and coordinate marketing tools, including promotional materials, event-related assets, and sales support documents, while ensuring consistency and quality across all communications.

In this context, the person will be responsible for:

•Managing marketing content projects in close collaboration with global and regional teams.

•Coordinating marketing content projects as well as associated communication processes and timelines.

•Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of marketing content projects.

•Managing translations and maintaining consistent messaging across all communication platforms, including print, video, web, and multimedia.

This position serves as a main point of contact for the regional Marketing team and the global brand and creative team for their projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:


•Serve as point of contact and project coordinator for customer-facing Marketing Communication projects; work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional contributors

•Develop, implement, and manage translation quality processes for Europe and local entities.
•Conceptualize the purpose, tone, voice and precedence of the EU marketing messaging and communication.
•Initiate and monitor the progress of Legal, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs approvals.
•Prioritize and handle numerous projects and tasks using project tracking systems and databases to help maintain high quality (timelines & budget) collaboration within the EU Marketing team and US global creative team, approved content, files, and descriptions.
•As required, coordinate logistics for production and delivery of promotional materials forscheduled events, manage production within budget, working with key vendors through a purchase order system.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


•University Degree or equivalent experience in marketing communication, acquired in an international, fast paced and changing environment.
•Minimum 2 years of marketing communication experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills coupled with ability to interact with a variety of departments and stakeholders.
•Self-starter with ability to edit and update Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and HTML files, work in content management systems, document control systems.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-environment providing cross- functional support.
•A keen ability to coordinate projects, organizing, prioritizing, and coping with various tasks.
•Flexible and reliable, and strong attention to details.
•Good knowledge of the MS Office product suite.
•Languages (spoken and written): fluency in French and English required.
•Travel up to 15-20% required.
•Location: France – office based.
