Solutions Engineer - Product Introduction Team

The New Product Introduction (or NPI) team is primarily responsible for the implementation strategy and success of all new Intapp products. As part of the Product Management organization, NPI has a close relationship with both product managers and early-adopter customers to insure a streamlined implementation and optimal feature sets. The NPI team also establishes a solid, unified plan for implementing Intapp products, including project planning tasks, documentation, and best practices with the clear goal of meeting cost, quality, scheduling, and customer success requirements. This team is foundational to the creation of referenceable customers as well as training, assisting, and certifying both Intapp professional services and partners. With an ever-growing portfolio of highly successful products, the NPI team is an essential component to Intapp’s innovations and delivery methodologies.

About the role:

  • Lead the technical delivery of Intapp solutions to customers in the Intapp New Product Introduction (NPI) program
  • Provide technical analysis and feedback of alpha and beta stage software
  • Rapidly develop a strong functional and technical understanding of Intapp products
  • Work with sales to provide assistance in assessing and scoping early-adopter opportunities
  • Define technical best practices for implementation of each new product
  • Work with product management to define features, defects, and improvements into the new product roadmap
  • Work with Solutions Architects to create/update collateral and training to facilitate the transition of solution delivery methods to Intapp Partners and Services
  • Assist in the development and delivery of new product training programs for Intapp Partners and Services
  • Low-to-moderate (roughly 20%) travel required 

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree: BS, MS (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical implementation role
  • Results-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • High degree of attention to detail and time management
  • Understand and action solution designs, including system, data, and process flow architectures
  • Demonstrates professional and concise communications with internal and external customers
  • Self-starter with an emphasis on multi-tasking
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users
  • Experience delivering software solutions to Professional Services or Financial Services industries

 Requirements:

  • Cloud deployment and data integration experience with web services (ReST and SOAP)
  • Expert in Microsoft SQL, including TSQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Cursors and Triggers
  • Adept in Javascript Object Notation (JSON) and Groovy programming languages
  • Certified in Dell Boomi (Associate Integration Developer or above)
  • Software development experience with a strong understanding of logic, patterns and algorithms
  • Excellent hands-on skills with Microsoft Office productivity software
  • Experience in a professional services organization or consulting organization
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services; certification preferred
  • Familiarity with AzureAD
