Location: Palo Alto, CA or remote working Pacific or Mountain Time business hours.

We are a rapidly expanding company with our head office in Palo Alto CA. We are now expanding our team and are looking for energetic, dedicated technical specialists to join our friendly team. 

This is a new opportunity for a Support Engineer who has experience with enterprise software and enjoys customer-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate has experience with the development, implementation or support of software and an intense desire to facilitate success through personal interaction and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary goal of an Intapp Support Engineer is simple - to help clients succeed. You will work with a broad spectrum of clients and applications on a daily basis, each day brings a new opportunity to learn and develop. You’ll do well here if you are smart, organized and driven to provide exceptional care to your clients. Your responsibilities will range from providing client care, to documenting and providing best practice guidance, to designing and building solutions with our clients.  

Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a customer facing enterprise software Systems Analyst, Technical Support, or Implementation Analyst role 
  • Experience with SQL, IIS, XML/Web Services (JSON), Linux. MDD technology is desirable
  • Comfortable demonstrating and teaching technology concepts to others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Recent experience in providing remote technical support
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational ability

Bonuses

  • Experience with MDM and mobile deployment
  • Boomi Certifications or development experience
  • Experience in Legal or Financial Services IT

Education: College degree or related experience preferred
