Overview

Evergreen's Talent Optimization and Management Practice ("TOM") is seeking a Solution Architect to join the TOM Practice's Solution Architecture team. This role will be critical in the following: (1) managing a dynamic pipeline of pursuits corresponding to specific TOM service towers, (2) growing TOM's portfolio through net new engagements, (3) ensuring solutioning best practices are consistently followed, (4) maturing existing services and operationalizing new offerings, (5) supporting the TOM Practice's implementation and delivery teams to drive client success and (6) providing operational management and mentorship to other members of the TOM Solution Architecture team (this includes, Solution Analysts, Sr. Solution Analysts and Solution Associates). The Solution Architect should be a thought-leader within the Talent Management Services, Recruitment Management Services and/or Project Management Services space(s) and have demonstrated experience working directly with prospective and current clients to understand current challenges, apply thoughtful and comprehensive solutions and drive the future state vision. Further, the Solution Architect will have demonstrated experience fostering and strengthening strong relationships with cross-functional teams across the broader Insight Global enterprise (ex. Account Management, Recruitment, Operations, etc).

The Solution Architect will work closely with sales, implementation, delivery and Practice Leadership personnel to ensure all proposed solutions are reflective of best practices and are providing the business outcomes our clients expect. Further, the Solution Architect will be responsible and accountable for driving revenue growth and financial performance for their respective service tower within the TOM practice.

Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you report directly into the Lead Solution Architect for the TOM practice and will support specific service offerings or services tower within the practice. The Solution Architect is expected to be capable of driving the development, sales and implementation of applicable services as an individual contributor. Further, the Solution Architect will play a central role in selling / closing deals and will be responsible and accountable for the financial performance of their respective service offering / service tower.

Sales and Solution Process Support

oRegular collaboration with sales personnel to ensure your respective pipeline is healthy and effectively managed.

oDemonstrated ability to generate demand for your respective service offering / service tower.

oPartner with Evergreen sales personnel throughout the pursuit lifecycle for each unique opportunity (as further defined below).

oIntake Evaluation - Collaborate with Evergreen sales personnel to evaluate the quality of new intakes and determine if an intake should be pursued or vetted-out.

oScoping - Participate in discovery activities with prospective clients to determine service requirements. Confirm client's requirements align to existing TOM capabilities.

oSolution Development - Evaluate requirements from discovery efforts and apply specific TOM solutions to the prospective client's needs / expected outcomes. Successfully translate technical requirements into layman's terms for client consumption. Develop effective collateral to communicate your proposed solution / approach.

oSolution Presentation - Partner with Evergreen sales and Insight Global Account Management personnel to effectively present / deliver proposed solution / approach. The Solution Architect is expected to be proficient at sales-oriented communications during this phase of the lifecycle.

Implementation and Delivery Support

oResponsible for the drafting, negotiating and execution of statements of work for awarded engagements. Each phase of the contracting process will include collaboration between sales and solutions personnel and Director, Solutions.

oAccountable for ensuring all implementation requirements and timelines are met for each awarded engagement. For the avoidance of doubt, implementation activities will be owned and managed by Evergreen's Implementation function.

oMaintain regular communications with applicable TOM Delivery personnel during the awarded engagement and support escalations as necessary.

oPartner with TOM Delivery personnel to create impactful Quarterly Business Reviews for active engagements.

oDrive consistent and impactful collaboration between solutions and delivery personnel through the engagement lifecycle to ensure your prescribed approach aligns with TOM Delivery best practices.

Service Maturation and Growth

oRegular collaboration with TOM Solution Architecture team, Lead Solution Architect, Director, Solutions and TOM Delivery Leadership to drive service maturation. Ensure service maturation and growth strategies aligns with the broader practice strategy.

oRegular collaboration Lead Solution Architect to identify opportunities and implement enhancements for applicable services / service tower. This can include process improvements, technology investments, headcount investments, etc.

oRegular collaboration with TOM Delivery Leadership to ensure applicable playbooks are updated regularly and consistently reflect best practices.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

oDemonstrated ability to effectively manage a pipeline of active pursuits and ability to sell TOM services effectively.

oDemonstrated SME-level knowledge of core technical concepts, operational processes and general Evergreen and TOM services and delivery models.

oStrong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to verbally and visually guide clients through proposed solutions.

oAbility to explain relevant concepts and value creation to prospective clients in a way that builds credibility and trust.

oStrong meeting presence with the ability to command a room when leading interactions with both internal personnel and clients (both prospective and current).

oExperienced in creating best practices and corresponding deliverables in accordance with industry standards

WHAT ELSE:

oUnderstanding of broader Insight Global organizations and partner ecosystems; knowledge of key business drivers that can accelerate or prevent desired organizational outcomes.

oStrong customer presence and ability to impact presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and the overall customer experience.
