Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

The Visual Communications Consultant / Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for elevating the visual communication quality, clarity, and consistency of deliverables across the division. This role blends high-level visual consulting with hands-on design execution, partnering with business leaders, consultants, and cross functional teams to transform complex ideas into intuitive, compelling visuals.

As a key member of the Marketing Excellence Team within the Evergreen Division, you will operate as a strategic design partner who contributes directly to the success of programs, communication strategy, and organizational standardization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic visual communication partner to internal stakeholders Evergreen.
• Consult with project teams to clarify business needs, define communication goals, and identify the most effective visual solutions.
• Translate abstract concepts, frameworks, and processes into clear, high impact visual formats.
• Produce high-quality graphics, templates, diagrams, learning materials, and presentation decks.
• Maintain visual standards across the Marketing Excellence Team, ensuring consistent quality and alignment to brand systems.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity across deliverables.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on communication best practices and visual storytelling.
• Manage fast-moving priorities and deliver exceptional work in a collaborative, excellence-driven environment.
• All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience in corporate, consulting, agency, or related environments.
• Strong visual consulting skills, including:
• Asking clarifying questions to refine problem statements
• Synthesizing inputs into clear, accessibility aligned visuals.
• Recommending solutions that drive alignment and understanding
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas, processes, or frameworks into simple, intuitive visuals.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Expertise in producing polished, strategically structured PowerPoint work products and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects independently.
• Comfort adapting to multiple brand systems and contributing to standardization.
