Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing,
developing, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical
expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external (client) stakeholders to define project requirements and
timelines.
• Drive best practices in tech (software development, DevOps) and process (agile methodologies).
• Conduct code reviews, technical mentorship and performance evaluation for engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Work closely with HR and senior leadership to attract and retain top engineering talent.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and technical challenges.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing cross-functional teams in such
iterative development delivery models.
• Ability to prioritize, strategize, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.

• Strong background in the culture of innovation and value adds.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in at least one of the programming languages such as Java, Python, Dot Net, Web 3.0
technologies (Angular, React, Node JS) is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes,
Docker).
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience leading teams skilled in niche technologies like Data Engineering, AI/ML, LLMs or
related emerging technologies is a big plus.
• Experience in Pre-sales activities like responding to RFPs, scope estimation, building case studies,
playbooks etc.
