Position Title: Program Support Specialist

Position Summary:

The Program Support Specialist (PSS) provides overall high-level support for a specific client(s). This role is designed for large scale accounts where a dedicated resource is required to fulfill specific job functions. These functions could include invoicing, supplier administration, system administration, and any other functions, as necessary. They will be a specialist in the area they are supporting and will provide direct support to the program team, client, and suppliers. The PSS is expected to serve as additional client support personnel and may oversee other tasks dependent on client need and bandwidth (example- serving as current invoicing processor's back-up, assistance in supplier relations department only if needed and audit assistance). 10-50% optional travel (depending on client(s)).

Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Works hand in hand with account management team to service clients' needs
  • Collaborates with Monument Consulting departments as needed
  • Builds and maintains professional relationships with clients and suppliers

Service

  • Provide specialized expertise and support for a client(s)
  • Set realistic expectations for operational capabilities
  • Manage to and meet deadlines of scheduled deliverables
  • Escalate as needed to solve issues and close escalations
  • Focus on continuous improvement of daily service and delivery to all end users (Client, Monument and Supplier)
  • Provide recommendations on process improvements to drive efficiency in specialized area
  • Ensure client needs and performance requirements are met through the following of consistent, efficient, and effective processes
  • Understand and drive back-end account processes
  • Update and maintain account documents (handbooks, SOPs, training decks)
  • Responds to and resolves user issues and/or service escalations (supplier, buyer, Monument).
  • Help maintain client policies, guidelines, and processes
  • Understand and support basic VMS and Account processes
  • Makes Program Managers aware of any changes in requirements based on program trends to support ongoing client business fluctuations
  • Monitors data integrity
  • Provide program related reporting if needed
  • Complete work in a way as to support and exceed expected Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years Professional Experience
  • 3+ years MSP experience preferred
  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to assist a large client (over $100MM in spend)
  • Experience in specialized area required for position (reporting, contracts, system administration)
  • Microsoft Office demonstrated proficiency
  • Outlook - organizing and scheduling
  • Word - documents and proofing/redlining
  • Excel - using and understanding large data sets (sorting, filtering, uploading, pivot tables, formulas and pie charts)
  • Excellent communications skills with ability to communicate effectively internally, with client, and suppliers

Pay Range

USD $25.28 - USD $27.88 /Yr.
