Global Operations Process Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Analyst who will play a key role in auditing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements across global operations. This role supports the international expansion of our business by ensuring operational excellence through data analysis, documentation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Improvement: Review and analyze workflows across onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, hardware, and other operational areas to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Audit & Error Correction: Conduct audits to detect errors and partner with process owners to correct issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Data & Reporting: Collect and interpret process data, track KPIs, and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation: Create and maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance across global teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor progress on process enhancements.
• Risk & Compliance: Assist in identifying operational risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with global teams.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and reporting tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
