Position Title: Global Compensation Analyst
Position Summary:
The Global Compensation Analyst will be a part of the Reporting & Analytics team, maintaining Monument's global rate taxonomy and supporting our clients in their rate card needs. This position is responsible for regular updates to the rate information and job title mappings of Monument's global rate taxonomy, as well as engagement in the creation and refreshing of client rate cards loaded into vendor management systems (VMS). This position will serve as a subject matter expert for market forces and standards, staying up to date on latest industry trends and dynamics impacting global rates for staff augmentation and SOW workers. Other responsibilities include stewardship of detailed SOPs, utilizing various software tools to collect and analyze rate data, and formally presenting deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders. This position will partake in Reporting & Analytics team training / activities and will regularly interface with other Monument groups, such as Account Management, Strategic Delivery, Data Management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Monument's global rate taxonomy data, working with various sources to create and update standard job title records in a scalable fashion
- Perform routine data quality activities, splitting, combining, or organizing job titles where appropriate and advising on the optimal data structure for repeatable rate analysis
- Monitor new / existing client job titles and map them to Monument's standard taxonomy, allowing for automated refreshes of client rate card data
- Lead the development and administration of client-specific rate cards that align with market trends and strategic goals of the customer.
- Engage in creation and refresh of client rate cards for both MSP and Consulting clients
- Research current market trends and COLI factors impacting global rate comparisons across multiple industries, developing subject matter expertise in the space
- Demonstrate critical thinking and provide meaningful insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure SOPs are accurate and updated when needed, work queue is effectively managed, and deliverables delivered on time
- Meet or exceed established quality standards and help optimize processes by recommending improvements
- Partner with groups across the company, providing a high level of cooperation and quality in serving our clients and participating in rate card steering committee
- Comply with company and department reporting / data policies and procedures
- Communicate project statuses and inform appropriate stakeholders of identified issues
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years in Reporting and / or Analytics environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong public speaking skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience / familiarity in the rate management / MSP space preferred
- Experience / familiarity with databases / BI tools preferred
Pay Range
USD $61,000.00 - USD $67,000.00 /Yr.
