Director, Technical Delivery
Overview
As Director of Program Management, you will oversee and orchestrate Evergreen.AI's portfolio of enterprise-grade agentic AI programs, ensuring strategic alignment, execution excellence, and measurable business outcomes. You will drive governance, cross-functional coordination, delivery health, and long-term success across complex, multi-workstream initiatives. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in AI-driven transformation, technical program management, and global delivery leadership. You will define program structures, establish operating models, mitigate risks, and ensure cohesive execution across engineering, product, AI/ML, and client teams.
In addition, you will serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, both internal and client-facing, clearly articulating program status, dependencies, risks, and decisions. You will foster a collaborative, solution-oriented culture grounded in communication excellence, operational rigor, and a strong growth mindset.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead strategic AI programs end-to-end, governing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-team execution.
- Establish program operating mechanisms including steering committees, and cross-functional cadences.
- Ensure delivery excellence across AI deployments with a focus on reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Portfolio & Roadmap Governance
- Align program plans with enterprise AI strategy and business priorities.
- Translate technical roadmaps into program plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Provide visibility into portfolio health, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Technical Program Management
- Oversee platform and framework development programs including agentic AI orchestration and LLM knowledge management.
- Drive production readiness: runbooks, SLAs, observability, and resiliency engineering.
- Ensure alignment with secure SDLC, and compliance standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Lead executive-level program communication, risk escalations, and decision frameworks.
- Support technical pre-sales, architecture reviews, and strategic planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor for Fortune 500 clients adopting enterprise AI.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and mentor high-performing program management teams.
- Foster alignment across engineering, product, data science, and business teams.
- Champion transparent communication and constructive conflict resolution.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Promote experimentation, learning, and responsible AI principles.
- Develop reusable templates, accelerators, and governance frameworks.
- Anticipate risks and proactively drive structured, measurable resolutions.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in software engineering, technical program management, or delivery
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- leadership, including 5+ years managing multi-team AI/engineering programs.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI programs for Fortune 500 clients.
- Knowledge of agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks and platforms.
- Understanding of retrieval pipelines and vector.
- Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with observability tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
