Director, Program Management
Overview
The Services Delivery Director serves as the senior-most Insight Global leader accountable for the end-to-end success of the DC Equipment Fabrication & Assembly managed service engagement with a primer client. This role owns strategic oversight, commercial alignment, executive governance, and long-term partnership outcomes across a workforce operation scaling to 1,050 resources across fabrication, assembly, and logistics workstreams at a client's greenfield Phoenix production facility. The Services Delivery Director ensures delivery consistency across a four-phase lifecycle (Mobilization & Documentation → Site Launch & Personnel Ramp → Production Ramp → Sustained Execution).
Responsibilities
- Executive Governance & Client Alignment - Serve as the primary executive point of contact between Insight Global and client leadership, providing strategic oversight, commercial alignment, and executive governance to ensure delivery consistency and long-term partnership outcomes.
- Program Performance Accountability - Own overall P&L, KPI/SLA/OKR performance, and outcome-driven delivery across all workstreams (Fabrication, Assembly, Logistics, Training & Development). Ensure the program transitions from staffing-centric resourcing to a governed, outcome-driven managed service.
- Phased Delivery Oversight - Ensure structured execution across all four phases: mobilization planning, site launch and personnel ramp, production ramp with full lifecycle integration, and sustained execution with continuous improvement.
- Workforce Ramp Strategy - Direct the scalable deployment model from initial core team onboarding through full production capacity ensuring alignment to production ramp targets and multi-shift scalability
- Governance Cadence Ownership - Establish and mature daily/weekly reporting cadences, KPI reviews, operational reviews, and executive reporting packages, transitioning from visibility to performance management and predictive insights.
- Bolt-On Service Activation - Evaluate and activate modular service expansions (Training, Warehousing, Facilities, Maintenance) aligned to clients evolving demand without renegotiating the core engagement.
- Continuous Improvement - Champion data-driven CI initiatives, Six Sigma methodologies, and SOP consulting resources to drive process optimization across all functions and shifts.
- Lead & Partner - Build and lead a team of over 1000 contract and FTE resources spanning multiple manufacturing disciplines supporting core and modular functions.
