Director, Program Management

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional PMO Director to lead the delivery of projects within our HighTech portfolio, for key clients such as Microsoft. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong technology program management background, proven leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead client-facing delivery for HighTech programs in Data & Applications practice
• Establish and maintain robust PMO governance
• Lead high-performing on-shore and off-shore program management teams
• Own delivery and P&L for Telco programs
• Foster stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration

• 15+ years in program management, 8+ years at Director+ level
• Extensive client-facing leadership experience
• Track record managing 50+ member teams for 8+ years
• Strong technology program management background
• P&L management exceeding $50 million USD
• Proven ability to scale PMO governance and best practices
• Experience with on-shore and off-shore teams
• Bachelor's in engineering or related field; Master's preferred

• Track record of implementing innovative program management methodologies
• International project management experience
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)

• Exceptional leadership and customer management skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
