Position Title: Data Migration Analyst II
Position Summary:
Monument Consulting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Migration Analyst II (DMA) to join our Data Migration Team. The DMA will facilitate the implementation and enhancement of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) for our clients. As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), we design and implement managed procurement solutions for contingent labor programs. New client implementations typically span 3-6 months, with DMAs managing 2-4 projects simultaneously. Additionally, DMAs will contribute to strategic departmental initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Master new VMS data uploads (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, etc.).
- Employ data management best practices.
- Review, sanitize, and combine client source data to establish a Data Validation Template (DVT).
- Audit, clean, and standardize large Excel datasets, including formatting, file combination, field mapping, and gap analysis.
- Coordinate the data validation project plan with the internal project management team.
- Collaborate with client, vendor, and internal stakeholders on data validation.
- Conduct data validation calls, outlining the process for client, vendor, and internal stakeholders.
- Validate and upload foundational datasets into VMS.
- Build and maintain a Worker Data Master (WDM) Excel dataset of collected data.
- Maintain thorough backups and audit trails for master data files.
- Validate returned data, communicate data gaps, and coordinate gap closure.
- Report on data collection progress and key spend metrics.
- Execute rigorous VMS upload testing and troubleshoot errors.
- Perform production uploads.
- Ensure error-free imports of client data from master files to VMS.
- Exceed key performance metrics related to data import completeness and accuracy.
- Perform systematic audits of production data.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data migration, analysis, or related field.
- Proficiency loading data into systems such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Basic understanding of relational database concepts (preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with internet browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to set and manage expectations around deliverables and timelines.
- Willingness to proactively seek help and receive coaching.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down technical concepts into manageable parts.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to diverse audiences.
- Capacity to learn complex concepts through formal training, on-the-job coaching, and self-study.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to four times a year for annual conferences and on-site client visits.
Pay Range
USD $61,000.00 - USD $67,000.00 /Yr.
